-What happens if I have items ordered and my computer crashes or gets powered off?
All items in your shopping cart are saved in our sytem. You don't receive an order confirmation. You can continue ordering when you are logged in again, when you logout you receive your email confirmation.

-If I receive items that I am not happy with what do I do?
Please send details/pictures to your supplier by email and explain the problem.


-Is it safe to place different orders for different days during the same login session?
Yes it's safe. When you logout, you will receive a separate confirmation email for different days.


-Can I switch from the flower department to the plant department without losing my order?
Yes, items in your shopping cart are saved. You don't lose those items when changing department.

-How far in advance can I place my order?
For now 4 days, in the future we try to offer a orderlist where you can place a order for +/- 5 months in advance(these will be then without prices)
Guaranteed prices only for a few days.


-I have logged out of the Webshop and I haven’t received a confirmation email, what do I do?
Please contact your supplier and confirm if the order is received. Also in the cart is an option to confirm your order again by email. (Image below)

-I have placed an order on the Webshop, I am now logged out and I want to make a change to it, how can I do that?
Please login again, go to the cart, press the item you want to change and make the change you want.

-Can I load the full price list on the one screen and then scroll up and down this?
Yes, in the product groups you can select (show all).You can find (show all) at the bottom of the productgroup list. Please note: opening a full price list can cause performance problems. So please use the productgroups and search filter.


-I forgotten my log in code/password, what should I do?
contact you supplier to request your log in code/password. Or click in “Forgot password” on the login page to receive or log in code/password on your email. (Image below)
